The Yakkers Corner has the pleasure of yakking with Mr. Charles Fisher, Founder and Chairman of the Hip Hop Summit Youth Council (HHSYC).
He has been in the entertainment field for almost thirty years. Former manager of LL Cool J and co-discoverer of R. Kelly, Mr. Fisher has been involved with the Hip Hop Community and was motivated to form the HHSYC (hhsyc.org ) where he serves as role model, teacher, and counselor for youth in urban areas.
For the past 4 years, Mr. Fisher has been orienting his energy and efforts towards the United Nations, supporting the implementation of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). He is also very involved with the 2007 StandUp campaign – millenniumcampaign.org and would like listeners (more…)
